Disneyland Paris 2024

Dear Sports and Social Members.

Now a regular fixture in the Sports & Social Club calendar, we can now release details of our 2024 trip to Disneyland Resort Paris.

Once again the package will be a 4 day, 3 night package, staying in at the StayCity Marne la Vallee

DATES

Departing Sunday 26th May 2024 returning Wednesday 29th May 2024

£625 per person**, based on 2 people in a room (£1250)

£569 per person**, based on 3 people in a room (£1707)

£529 per person**, based on 4 people in a room (£2116)

£525 per person**, based on 5 people in a room (£2625)

£100 per infant U3yrs 

There are no child prices for this trip, but a child (aged 3 and over) does count towards the room occupancy, so a family of four will pay £529 per person

There is a maximum of 5 persons per room.

There is limited availability on rooms that can accommodate 5 people, please ask for details.

2 days park tickets** to Disneyland Paris (Park tickets valid for Monday 28th May and Tuesday 29th May 2024)

**Children aged 3-11yrs receive a £20 per child reduction on the rate quoted above

All taxes, road tolls, port taxes and VAT.

 A deposit £200 per person is required to secure your booking, followed by an second payment of £150 per person. This is due by the 31st December 2023, with all final balances due by the 29th February 2024

Places are held on receipt of initial non-refundable** deposit and places confirmed once Sports & Social membership has been confirmed and we have achieved the minimum numbers for the trip.

**Deposits will only be returned if we have to cancel the trip due to lack of numbers.

Travel Insurance is essential and is available upon request, but can be purchased at a competitive price from the Post Office, leading banks etc.

If you would like to go on this trip, please email the TVP (Cherwell) Sports & Social Club with a names and date of birth of all members of your group and we will provide a quote and bank details for deposits to be paid into.

The completed forms and deposits should be submitted by Friday 28th July 2023.

Deposits and subsequent optional monthly payments can all be paid directly into the Sports & Social Bank account. Please ask for details:
