About the Club

We are the current committee members for 2025/26, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club.

From managing finances to organising events, we make sure the club stays active, accessible, and member-focused. We’re also here as your voice — to listen to suggestions, ideas, and feedback, and raise them at committee level.

The Bucks Social Club formed in 2024 following the merger of the Aylesbury, Chiltern & South Bucks club with the Wycombe club, bringing us in line with the new LCU model and ensuring consistency across Buckinghamshire. We also have strong representation from colleagues in the Joint Operations Unit (JOU).

We meet regularly, hold an AGM once a year (minutes are uploaded here), and we’re proud to also support both the JOU and Bucks LCU wellbeing forums.
